πΏ What makes Bay Area Harvest different?
We craft small-batch cold-pressed juices, slow-simmered bone broths, and creamy almond milks using 100% organic ingredients sourced from local Bay Area farms. Everything is produced with integrity β no preservatives, fillers, or shortcuts.
π₯ Are your ingredients organic?
Yes. We use only certified organic produce and ingredients. We also source locally whenever possible to support Bay Area farmers and ensure the freshest, most nutrient-dense products available.
π When should I place my order?
We craft everything fresh in small batches each week.
To be included in our next production cycle, please place your order by Wednesday at 12 PM.
- Kitchen pickups: Ready Friday evening (6β8 PM) at our Concord kitchen β fresh-pressed.
- Farmers market pickups: Available Saturday mornings at select farmers markets, choose your pick up location at checkout.
- Local deliveries: Delivered MondayΒ (9 AMβ5 PM) β frozen to preserve nutrients and freshness.
Orders placed after Wednesday 12 PM roll into the following weekβs schedule.
This gives us time to source fresh organic produce, cold-press on Friday, and prepare everything at peak quality.
π§ Can I pick up my order fresh instead of frozen?
Yes! Choose Pickup at checkout to receive your order fresh from our Concord kitchen or at select farmers markets.
Pickup orders are made within 24 hours for maximum freshness.
π When do you deliver?
We deliver every MondayΒ between 9 AM and 5 PM across the East Bay and nearby cities.
Your order arrives frozen and ready to store, packed in an insulated bag that keeps everything solid, cold, and nutrient-rich until youβre ready to enjoy.
If you need a different delivery date or time, email bayareaharvest@outlook.com β weβll do our best to accommodate.

Yes β delivery minimums and free-delivery thresholds depend on your location.
We deliver every Monday, and your delivery zone is confirmed automatically at checkout.

π₯£ How are your products sold?
- Juices & Almond Milks: Sold fresh for pickup and frozen for delivery.
- Bone Broths: Always sold frozen β both at farmers markets and for delivery β to preserve flavor and nutrients naturally.
π§ How long do your products last?
- Juices & Almond Milks (Fresh Pickup): Best within 5 days of pickup. Keep refrigerated at or below 40 Β°F.
- Juices & Almond Milks (Frozen Delivery): Best enjoyed within 24 hours after thawing. Once thawed, refrigerate and do not refreeze.
- Bone Broths (Frozen): Best within 4β5 days after thawing. Keep refrigerated once thawed and do not refreeze.
π‘ Frozen products can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 months before use.
βοΈ Why are some items delivered frozen?
Freezing naturally preserves nutrients and flavor without any pasteurization or additives. Itβs the cleanest, safest way to keep your juices, broths, and almond milks fresh β just as they were the day they were made.
π Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet β but coming soon!
Our upcoming Subscribe & Save program will let you automatically receive your favorite juices, broths, and almond milks weekly or monthly. Youβll be able to manage, pause, or skip deliveries anytime.
π₯ What if something arrives damaged or missing?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or thawed, contact us within 24 hours at bayareaharvest@outlook.com.
Please include a photo β weβll issue a replacement or credit right away.
